New Richmond – Kristi Michelle Anderson Johnson Humphrey age 30 of 114 West Washington St. New Richmond, IN died unexpectedly Saturday morning, December 5, 2009 in the emergency room at St. Clare Medical Center, Crawfordsville. She was born May 12, 1979 in Lafayette, the daughter of Jay Anderson of Flora and Sherry Willhite Smith of New Richmond.

Kristi attended North Montgomery High School and received her GED. She loved time with her children and family and she enjoyed boating, Harleys and music.

Surviving are: Three children, Miciah Humphrey at home, Zarick and Zadin Johnson of Crawfordsville, her parents Jay Anderson of Flora and Sherry (husband Leon) Willhite Smith, New Richmond. Two brothers: Wesley (wife Jaclyn) Anderson of Greencastle and Michael( wife Peggy) Smith of New Richmond, a sister Angelina Anderson of Lafayette. Grandparents Don & Deanna Anderson of Buck Creek and Great-Grandmothers Ann Little of Williamsport and Louella Airhood of Buck Creek, several Uncles, Aunts, nieces and nephews also survive. Kristi was first married to Donald Johnson they divorced, she then married Jerimiah 'JD' Humphrey and he preceded her in death. She was engaged to Chris Ford of Crawfordsville. Also preceding her in death were a husband, Grandparents: Richard & Judith Willhite, William Cronin, Ralph Little, Dan & Mildred Anderson, Fred Airhood.

The family will greet guests Wednesday, December 9th, 2009 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at Family & Friends Funeral Home of Wingate. Funeral Services will be conducted at Family & Friends
Funeral Home of Wingate 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Vernon Dowell officiating, burial will follow in Willhite Cemetery near Elmdale.
