Crawfordsville – Naomia "Louise" Hensley Hauser, age 70, of rural Crawfordsville, passed away, in her home following a lengthy illness, 2:00 AM Saturday, August 25, 2018.  She was born December 19, 1947 in Indianapolis to the late Emery Hensley and Violia Marie Osborne Hensley.  She was married to William A. Hauser in Ladoga, May 25, 1966 and he survives.

Louise was a 1966 graduate of Ladoga High School.  She was a life-long homemaker.   She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and quilting.  Early in their marriage, she baked and sold cakes for weddings, graduations and birthdays. As an accomplished artist, her oil paintings were found throughout her home and homes of family and friends. She also enjoyed painting small intricate designs on jewelry and sharing them.  Her greatest love and joy was her family, they were first and foremost with her!

Surviving along with her husband: her son, Thomas W. (Jinson) Hauser of Ft. Hood, Texas; daughter Lisa L. Hauser of Crawfordsville.  Five grandchildren; Heather, Ryan, Michelle, Michael, Brooke and two great-grandchildren; Calvin and Asher.  Sisters; Edna Kellie of Indianapolis, Jewel (Steve) Parker of Cumberland Furnace, TN, Rosie (Jim) Webb of Hillsboro, a brother Emery (Mary) Hensley of Winterhaven, FL.  Many nieces and nephews also survive.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dan Hensley.
