Sandra J. Cunningham Miles, age 81, passed away at 8:05 a.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 in Williamsburg Healthcare. She was born in Crawfordsville, July 5, 1936 daughter of the late Hubert and Martha Cunningham. She was married 49 years to Don Miles.

Sandra graduated from Waynetown High School. She spent her life doing what she loved, working with her family in the farming and alfalfa business. She ran machinery and well as bookkeeping and lots of mowing. She enjoyed refinishing and painting furniture, as well as listening to music, dancing and gardening. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and in school.

Surviving are: a son, Scott (Carol) Miles of Crawfordsville and Jill (Gary) Booth of New Richmond. A granddaughter Angela Simms and two grandsons: Jeremy Miles and Casey Booth (fiancé Jess Spaulding) Sisters: Susie Lunsford and Sheila McDonald, brothers: Bud, Pat, and Ron Cunningham. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Marshall.

In keeping with Sandra's wishes, there will be no public service. She will be buried in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Williamsburg for providing such wonderful, compassionate care and hugs to Sandra during the last few months of her life.
